Ziebart

I have a 10 + year old clean CR-V that is undercoated by Ziebart. When I had my annual inspection I did not realize it would have a charge but when I spoke with the Owner he took care of that & waived the fee for me. Having my SUV in good shape is critical as I own a few businesses and saves me time from cleaning the salt off and having extra maintenance costs associated with rust. Thank you so much Joe & the entire staff for working with me and demonstrating that you truly are kind and care about all your customers :)

I was a bit leery after reading some of the negative reviews, but went ahead anyways and had my car undercoated. Don't let the negative reviews steer you wrong. I had my jeep rust protected yesterday and they did an amazing job! I received great advise on caring for my jeep and will definitely bring my other cars in for rust protection. Thank you Joe for the great service!

I drop my truck off to Ziebart for a spray in bedliner. When I get back to the truck I find the following issues. 1. The antenna is off. 2. The on-board generator plug is disconnected. 3. There are 2 plug caps missing in the bed. I do not recommend using Ziebart on State St. Binghamton.

Professional auto detailing. Reconditioned interior to new car feel. Exterior Finish polished better than new, it’s like a mirror! The Ziebart team is the best choice if you’re looking for a high quality detailing experience.

Customer service is poor at the Binghamton location...the over priced interior detail was inadequately done. The console and shift panel were hardly touched and the trunk wasn't touched at all. When asked about the trunk, sales person Eric said it's not included in the detail. Why the heck not?!? For $300+ the truck should have been shampooed and cleaned. They attempted to vacuum it to satisfy me, but little did I realize when I sat in the car and started to look, there lacks attention to detail. The seats were so soaked I had to drive home with a blue bag over the seat. Is that normal?? When called to complain, they were disrespectful on the phone and dismissive to the fact they did a poor job. My seats are stained and ruined, and when brought to the owners attention, the owner replied with "you brought us a filthy car, we did what we could. " Poor excuse for a company who specializes in details. Furthermore, this interior job took literally all day, from 8am-4pm. Will not go back and won't be referring to any friends.
